As we enter a new year pregnant with potential for allowing new ways, I want to encourage you to be brave, and let all the people and habits not serving you stay in 2013. It is time to discard old patterns, and enter 2014 in freshness with excited expectancy of allowing what is good for you enter the space you free up.
