Custom Ecofashion Minidress

This custom dress available for $580 on Etsy is a find. You will never see another one exactly alike! The design is similar to a Men's Maori Shirt that will be featured in the Cooper-Hewitt Design Museum this year by Toolgrrl on Etsy.

The dress is handcrafted out of recycled materials: the white fabric had a former life as a 100% cotton bedsheet. The design was inspired by traditional Maori facial tattoos, sacred designs that were unique to each person. Every time I make a design, I will alter it so no two are ever identical.

Available one of a kind on Etsy http://www.etsy.com/listing/54287830/maori-mini-dress-custom-handsewn

Danish Fashion Label, Kudibal, believes in doing business with the heart

I am a passionate advocate for people and brands, who are interested in making the world a better place, and let's leave a good dose of fun, playfulness and eco-luxury to top it off.

Danish fashion label, Kudibal www.kudibal.dk is a deliciously feminine and exquisite collection. I love designer Dea's sensibility with silks, cashmere, feminine and sophisticated details. Her AW12 collection was revealed last week at Copenhagen Fashion Week.

Social Giving is at the heart of Dea's personal life, and has naturally become a part of her fashion label as well. Dea co-founded the charity 'Children and Young People in Distress' www.boernogungeinoed.dk The organization helps children who have lost their families and children who have experienced emotional turmoil throughout their upbringing, and where abuse has affected their lives. The monthly Charity Bar is a 'traveling' charity event that pops up at hot spots in Copenhagen. You pay a flat fee to attend. It's a socially meaningful way to spend an evening, and it's great networking too.
